Refund policy
Last updated: 12 August 2026
At Bricks24, we want your order to arrive exactly as expected. This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our online store and is intended to comply with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
For orders containing several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last product is received.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal before the goods have been delivered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
You may do so:
-
through the electronic withdrawal function available in our online store; or
-
by email to info@bricks24.eu.
You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but use of the form is not mandatory.
Simply failing to collect a parcel or refusing delivery does not, by itself, constitute a clear notice of withdrawal.
2. Returning the Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Before sending a return, please contact us at info@bricks24.eu so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
Returns must be sent to:
Bricks24
Constant Invest OÜ
Uuspere tee 8/3-10, Tiskre küla
Estonia
Unless the goods are defective, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We do not provide free return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Please do not send returns using cash-on-delivery (COD) or other services that create additional charges for Bricks24 unless this has been agreed with us in advance. Unagreed additional return charges will not be reimbursed.
3. Condition of Returned LEGO Sets
You may inspect a product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition, comparable to how you could inspect the product in a physical retail store.
You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
Because Bricks24 sells new and sealed LEGO® sets, the condition of the retail box, factory seals, internal packaging, instructions, stickers and other original contents may form an important part of the product's value.
Accordingly, diminished value may arise if, for example:
-
factory seals have been opened, cut, removed or damaged;
-
the LEGO retail box has been materially damaged;
-
shipping labels, adhesive tape or writing have been placed directly on the LEGO retail box;
-
inner bags have been opened;
-
LEGO elements have been assembled or used;
-
parts, instructions, sticker sheets, inserts or other contents are missing or damaged;
-
the product has otherwise been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it in a retail store.
Opening a LEGO set does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal. However, where your handling has reduced the value of the product, Bricks24 may reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to the actual diminished value, as permitted by applicable law.
For this reason, if you are unsure whether you want to keep a LEGO set, we strongly recommend keeping the factory seals intact.
Return packaging
Returned products must be appropriately protected for transport.
Whenever reasonably possible, LEGO sets should be returned inside a separate protective shipping box. Please do not use the LEGO retail box itself as the shipping carton and do not attach shipping labels or tape directly to it.
Damage caused by inadequate return packaging may be taken into account when assessing any diminished value of the returned product.
4. Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund payments received from you for the returned goods, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express or premium delivery, the additional amount paid above our standard delivery cost will not be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until:
-
we have received the returned goods; or
-
you have provided satisfactory evidence that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first.
Once the return has been inspected, any applicable deduction for diminished value will be determined.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
We will not charge a restocking or administrative fee merely for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For ordinary change-of-mind returns under the 14-day withdrawal right, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Original standard delivery costs are refunded as required by law, but the cost of sending the product back to Bricks24 is not.
If the product is defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming and the return is justified under applicable consumer law, Bricks24 will bear the necessary return costs.
6. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive:
-
the wrong product;
-
a product damaged in transit;
-
an incomplete product; or
-
a product that is defective or does not conform to the contract,
please contact us at info@bricks24.eu as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number and, where useful, photographs of the product, packaging and shipping carton. This helps us investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Requests relating to defective or non-conforming goods are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right.
Consumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee and remedies provided by applicable consumer protection law. Within the European Union, goods are generally covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.
Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.
7. Damaged Shipping Packaging
Damage to the outer shipping carton does not necessarily mean that the product itself is defective.
If the LEGO retail box or the product itself has been damaged, please photograph both the shipping carton and the product before disposing of the packaging and contact us.
8. Exchanges
Bricks24 does not offer an automatic exchange service for change-of-mind returns.
If you want a different product, you may exercise your applicable right of withdrawal for the original purchase and place a new order separately.
This allows us to process refunds and inventory accurately.
9. Sale and Discounted Products
Statutory consumer rights, including the applicable right of withdrawal and rights relating to defective goods, also apply to discounted products where required by law.
A discount alone does not remove statutory consumer rights.
Where a product was expressly sold with a particular defect or condition clearly disclosed before purchase, rights relating specifically to that disclosed characteristic may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Orders Made by Businesses
The statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right applies to consumers, not purchases made in the course of business or professional activity.
Orders placed by companies, legal entities or persons acting primarily for business purposes are therefore not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless Bricks24 expressly agrees otherwise.
This does not affect any rights that a business customer may have regarding defective or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable law or the applicable agreement.
11. Returns After the 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Bricks24 is not required to accept change-of-mind returns after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
Any return accepted outside the statutory withdrawal period is entirely at Bricks24's discretion unless the customer has a separate mandatory legal right relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
12. Unclaimed Parcels
Failure to collect a parcel from a parcel terminal, post office or other collection point does not automatically constitute exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you should clearly notify Bricks24 using one of the withdrawal methods described in this policy.
Where permitted by applicable law, reasonable direct costs caused by an unclaimed shipment may be charged to the customer.
13. Mandatory Local Consumer Rights
Bricks24 sells to customers in several European Union countries.
If mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your country provides you with rights that cannot legally be limited by this policy, those mandatory rights will apply.
