And for collectors, there is an especially fun feature: 40706 connects with Micro NINJAGO City 40703, Micro NINJAGO Docks 40704 and Micro NINJAGO City Gardens 40705, allowing all four models to form a complete miniature version of NINJAGO® City.
There is also an interesting story behind the release. Micro Ninjago City Markets originally appeared in 2024 as one of the LEGO® Insiders Rewards Centre sets, where members could redeem points to obtain it rather than simply picking it from the ordinary LEGO aisle.
