For anyone who remembers the unmistakable black-and-yellow LEGO® Space sets of the 1980s, the Blacktron Renegade is pure nostalgia. This LEGO® Icons set reimagines one of the most iconic ships from the classic Blacktron era as a larger, more detailed model designed for today's adult builders and collectors.

The striking asymmetric spaceship features a planet-rover drop pod, two wing-mounted space speeders, landing gear and removable energy canisters, along with three Blacktron minifigures and a droid figure.

And there is another surprise: using digital instructions, the 1,151 pieces can also be rebuilt into a modern interpretation of the classic Blacktron Alienator — giving fans two nostalgic Blacktron models from one set.

Originally released in 2025, Blacktron Renegade 10355 is now officially retired by LEGO®, meaning it is no longer part of the regular LEGO product range. For someone who grew up with Classic Space — or simply loves retro sci-fi design — a brand-new set is becoming a much more special gift to find.
