Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.
Is shipping free?
Shipping to parcel lockers (DPD, Omniva, Unisend, Venipak and Posti) in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland is free for orders of at least €99.
Courier delivery is free for orders of at least €249.
I'm trying to check out, but I keep getting a shipping error. What's wrong?
Your cart may contain a larger item that can only be shipped by courier. If so, please select the Courier option in your cart. Products that require courier delivery are also clearly marked in their descriptions.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Estonia is very quick and usually takes 1–3 business days. Shipping to Latvia, Lithuania and Finland usually takes 2–5 business days.
We always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Are your products authentic?
Yes! All of our LEGO products are 100% authentic.
Are all of your products in stock?
Yes. All products shown as available in our store are physically in stock and ready to ship. We do not ship products from secondary locations, which allows us to dispatch your order quickly. :)

Bricks24 Store Credits are cashback rewards that can be used towards future purchases at Bricks24.
How do I earn Bricks24 Store Credits?
You earn Bricks24 Store Credits automatically when you make a purchase from our store.
How much can I earn in Bricks24 Store Credits?
You earn 2% back in Bricks24 Store Credits on every order. For example, if your order total is €100, you will receive €2 in Bricks24 Store Credits to use on a future purchase.
Can I exchange Bricks24 Store Credits for money?
No. Bricks24 Store Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used towards purchases from the Bricks24 store.
I placed an order, but I don't see my Bricks24 Store Credits. Where are they?
Your Bricks24 Store Credits will be added to your account 14 days after you receive your order.
How long are Bricks24 Store Credits valid for?
Bricks24 Store Credits are valid for 90 days from the date they are added to your account.
What happens to my Bricks24 Store Credits if my account is cancelled?
Any remaining Bricks24 Store Credits will be cancelled.
